If our 20 years in this industry have taught us anything, it’s that avoiding a property foreclosure is in everyone’s best interest. It’s for this reason that we have a team dedicated to handling loss mitigation.

Our familiarization with all of the processes involved in foreclosure allows us to take a proactive approach towards loss mitigation. We are uniquely prepared to work with both debtors and servicers to turn unpaid loans into performing assets. In order to do this our loss mitigation team offers the following services: 

• Deeds-in-Lieu of foreclosure
• Cash for keys agreements 
• Short sale assistance 
• Preparation of loan modification agreements, reinstatement and payoff letters, and forbearance plans

In addition to these services we also handle all direct communication with borrowers or their counsel. We have found that our approach creates an open dialogue between all parties, often resulting in a quick and amicable resolution to the foreclosure matter.
