Ashley is the director of our loss mitigation department and practices out of our Ohio office. Her legal career has been dedicated to serving creditors rights since the completion of her law degree at The University of Akron in 2009. Ashley works with clients, counsel and the courts to come to a mutual resolution in lieu of litigation which is the preferred outcome for our clients.
Ashley has experience in all stages of the litigation process seeking to resolve foreclosure cases by developing strategies through discovery, motion practice and settlement negotiations. She has nine years of litigation experience including handling trials, evidentiary hearings, appellate arguments, conducting and defending depositions, and arguing motions. Ashley is licensed to practice in Ohio and Kentucky state courts, the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
