Laura C. Infante

Laura is senior vice president and head of the litigation and judgment departments and works out of our Ohio office. She has been practicing in the areas of foreclosure, litigation and creditor’s rights since 2007.  Laura spent her last two years of law school working at Clunk, Hoose Co. LPA and took on an attorney role after passing the Ohio bar. She practices in the common pleas, federal courts and appellate courts in Ohio, Kentucky and West Virigina.   Laura has over fifteen years of litigation experience which includes handling trials, evidentiary hearings, writing and arguing  appeals, answering discovery, conducting depositions and briefing motions for summary judgment. She also has extensive settlement experience handling numerous mediations and settlement conferences.  Laura is active in her community and volunteers her time at the local food bank and in her children’s various programs.
