Ted Humbert is an attorney based out of our Ohio office. He routinely represents mortgage lenders and servicers in all aspects of foreclosure proceedings. Shortly after law school, Ted began serving as in-house counsel for a large Cleveland financial institution. It was in this position with the financial world that he developed an interest in creditors’ rights law. For the past 19 years, Ted has successfully prosecuted hundreds of civil foreclosure matters at Clunk Hoose on behalf of our growing fortune 50 clients.
Ted’s professional affiliations include membership in the Ohio Bar Association as well as the Cuyahoga County Bar Association Real Property Committee where he served as chairman for 3 consecutive years. In 1997, he became a certified Creditors’ Rights Specialist by the Commercial Law League of America. Additionally, Ted has been listed as a reputable lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell.
