Travis is based out of our Lexington, Kentucky office. Travis obtained his law degree from DePaul University School of Law in 2002 and started his career practicing consumer bankruptcy in Chicago, IL.  Upon moving back to Kentucky in 2006, Travis accepted a position as a public defender with the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy and managed a high volume of criminal matters, which included trials, suppression hearings, and case investigation.  In 2008, Travis switched gears and began to focus his practice on creditors’ rights, foreclosure, real estate, ad valorem tax, and default litigation.  Since taking a position with Clunk Hoose in 2010, Travis has handled foreclosures, evictions, bankruptcy matters, real estate title issues, and default litigation in both state and federal courts in Kentucky.

Travis is a member of both the Illinois and Kentucky bar associations and is licensed to practice in the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern District of Kentucky and Western District of Kentucky. Travis is also a member of the Fayette County Bar Association.
